Jennifer brings extensive experience to her work. As a leader inside AT&T, Microsoft, and Reliant Energy, she navigated the same terrain her clients face today: the tension between being a whole person and the predetermined expectations that come with a title.

The sharpest executives in the room were all wrestling with the same fracture: the pull between the person they were and the leader they felt they had to become.
Jennifer saw it everywhere, and recognized it in herself. So she built a framework as a way to integrate the person and the leader into something stronger, together. It started with her own story. She soon realized it was bigger than that.
The work helps executives break the mold of who they or others think they are supposed to be. It shows how their humanity is the true source of leadership.
She ventured out from corporate roles to solve a problem no one else was addressing at that time and refined her approach as she built her company. Today, the framework is constant, yet her approach continues to evolve as the world of business changes.
